Holisticclean provides personal styling consultation services including wardrobe assessments, personal shopping assistance, and style recommendations. Our services are designed to help you develop a wardrobe that reflects your personal style and meets your lifestyle needs.
Booking and Appointments
When booking a styling session with Holisticclean:
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance
- Cancellations require 24-hour notice for a full refund
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
Payment Terms
Payment for styling packages is due at the time of booking. For comprehensive packages, a deposit may be required with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods and specific terms will be communicated during the booking process.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Holisticclean website, including text, images, lookbook photographs, and design elements, is the property of Holisticclean and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Client Responsibilities
As a client of Holisticclean, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your preferences and requirements
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Communicate openly with your stylist about your needs
- Respect the professional advice provided while making your own final decisions
Limitation of Liability
Holisticclean provides styling advice and recommendations based on professional expertise. Final purchasing decisions are made by the client. We are not responsible for any purchases made based on our recommendations or for the performance of third-party retailers or products.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
